    Christina Marshall (Community Coordinator)

    A River Falls native, Christina brings 17 years of experience serving seniors in sales, marketing, and operations for a multi-site senior living organization. Her deep-rooted passion for holistic aging fuels her mission to establish Wisconsin's pioneering senior cohousing community.

    A graduate of the 500 Communities cohousing program, Christina will focus on building the Kinni Cohousing group's skills and capacity, recruiting qualified residents who align with the community's vision, and implementing smooth processes to ensure the project's success.

  • Kathryn McCamant

    Kathryn McCamant (Cohousing Advisor)

    A trailblazer in U.S. cohousing, Katie brings unparalleled expertise as a designer, developer, and resident. She co-authored the seminal book on cohousing and has been instrumental in creating over 50 thriving communities. Driven by a vision of sustainable living, Katie crafts market-viable neighborhoods that boost quality of life while minimizing ecological footprints.

    With her wealth of experience and proven tools, Katie is committed to steering Kinni Cohousing towards a successful realization.

    Alastair Townsend (Cohousing Developer)

    Alastair combines a technical background in architecture with experience managing large real estate developments for a global investor. Alastair builds cohousing communities that foster social connection and enrich lives.

    A graduate of the 500 Communities cohousing program, Alastair will oversee the design, financing, and construction of Kinni Cohousing. His approach emphasizes transparency and accountability, ensuring a smooth development process that aligns with the community's vision.
